My Story (but bingeable, like your favorite TV show).

SEASON 1: The Education

Nic went to law school (& dressed like Elle Woods’ nemesis).
Nic passed the bar and got licensed in both NY and NJ. But hold up, there's more to Nic than legal prowess: growing up as a commercial print model, Nic always had a flair for drama and a curiosity for acting.
As if passing two bar exams wasn’t enough, Nic loved a good challenge (& torture) and immediately enrolled in a top method acting conservatory in NYC while kickstarting her career as an Entertainment Lawyer.
After a few short films and a Neutrogena commercial, Nic became a SAG Actor.

Nic trained and worked with one of the OG influencer lawyers in NYC. (On brand deals that raked in six figures for a single post (yeah, Kim K's crew).)
Nic honed her skills and sharpened her knowledge by working with several traditional Entertainment law firms in NYC.
Nic had a realization: she was already handling all the work, so why not step up and open an Entertainment Law firm in the heart of NYC?
Nic’s Entertainment Law firm clients consisted of influencers, film producers, film directors, actors, writers, visual artists, fashion designers, musicians, models, photographers, interior designers, makeup artists, illustrators, and graphic designers.
Nic was in for a RUDE AWAKENING at several NYC Influencer Conferences. Turns out, the Influencers couldn’t afford her services——instead, they were on the hunt for DIY Influencer Contract Templates and legal resources to help them navigate the legal world. Plot twist!

Feeling a bit deflated, Nic suddenly had an AHA moment! She exclaimed, "You know what? I'm gonna create the ultimate bundle with DIY Influencer contracts and all the legal resources an influencer could ever dream of! Picture this – video explanations, free contract updates, an ongoing legal influencer community, and a ton of legal checklists, guides, and workbooks!" And just like that, the Influencer Contract Bundle™ was born.
Nic kept leveling up, representing influencers who were making waves beyond social media. These trailblazers expanded their influence into various corners of the entertainment industry with TV shows, book deals, and fashion lines.
Not one to shy away from new challenges, Nic switched hats to work with a few cool/fun brands. (And yes, negotiating deals from the brand's perspective gave her a serious edge when it came to crafting those killer DIY influencer contracts!)
After 4 years of INTENSE TESTING (workin' with both influencers and brands), OBSESSING over every detail, and PERFECTING the ultimate Influencer Contract Bundle, Nic finally unleashed her brainchild into the world!
